Sun City Mesquite – Mesquite, NV 

 Mid $200s – Low $500s

Sun City Mesquite is a Del Webb age-restricted community that’s located 80 miles from the bright lights of Las Vegas. It offers new and resale homes starting in the low $200s with a wide variety of floor plans. The community’s amenities include an indoor walking track, resort-style pool, two spas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, several athletic courts, and walking trails.

Sun City offers potential residents both day and overnight passes to explore the community and all it has to offer. A day pass includes lunch or dinner with a resident, a chance to meet several residents, and the option to participate in a class that can range from an art class to bocce. With an overnight pass, prospective homeowners get to stay the night in a fully furnished home and explore the community on a golf cart provided by Sun City. 

Robson Ranch – Eloy, AZ

 High $100s – Low $400s

This large, gated community is made up of affordable new and resale single-family homes that start in the low $100s. The community is age-restricted to 40+ and offers homeowners 16 different floor plans that range from 1,286 to more than 2,402 square feet. Amenities include a 39,000 square-foot clubhouse, 18-hole golf course, indoor and outdoor pools, an on-site restaurant and bar, woodcarving studio, and more.

Robson Ranch offers free one-day guest passes for potential residents to explore the community. The pass includes a tour of model homes and on-site design center, a complimentary lunch, plus, access to the community’s many amenities, including the pool and fitness center.

Trilogy at Encanterra – San Tan Valley, AZ

 Low $200s – Low $800s

Located within the Encanterra Country Club, Trilogy at Encanterra is a gated, age-restricted community with tastefully designed homes built by Shea Homes. Encanterra features an upscale 60,000 square-foot clubhouse, ballroom, concierge services, hobby room, multiple on-site restaurants, outdoor amphitheater, and private 18-hole golf course.

The community’s $399 Discovery Package includes a three-day/two-night stay in a fully-equipped home, access to golf carts and bicycles to explore the neighborhood, a home tour, full club access, and a $200 gift card to use at the property’s golf course, restaurants, or spa.  

Trilogy at Verde River – Rio Verde, AZ 

Mid $300s – Low $1Ms

Originally built in 2015, Trilogy at Verde River is a premier resort-style community in Rio Verde that offers high-end, single-family homes that come in three different home collections which each have their own style and design, but all feature open floor plans and gourmet kitchens. Property highlights include an on-site retail store, 18-hole championship golf course, putting green, hair salon, spa, resort-style pool, croquet lawn, and many more upscale amenities.

The Trilogy at Verde River Discovery Package is $399 for a three-day/two-night stay in one of the community’s homes, a tour of all the property’s models and clubs, a gift card to book an activity like golfing or a spa treatment, plus, full club access during the visit.

Trilogy at Vistancia – Peoria, AZ

High $200s – High $800s

This gated, age-restricted community in Peoria features both new and resale homes. The builder, Shea Homes, offers many distinct floor plans in the community, which gives future residents plenty of options when it comes to the look and feel of each home. Sought-after amenities include an 18-hole golf course, ballroom, on-site restaurants and cafes, resort-style pools, two expansive fitness centers, and an event lawn. There are also countless organized clubs and classes sure to keep residents busy.

Like the other Trilogy properties, Trilogy at Vistancia offers potential homebuyers an opportunity to explore all the neighborhood has to offer by purchasing a $399 Discovery Package.
